Interior Blue Product Warranty and Terms



Interior Blue provides the peace of mind and confidence when purchasing our products; All products come with a limited warranty.

We are here to provide you with worry-free products that look and function beyond your expectations.



5 Years Limited Warranty on Faucets (Excluding All Bathroom Glass Faucets)

Interior Blue's Limited Warranty covers our customers' Faucet purchases for 5 Years as long as proof of sale (invoice) is presented. This Warranty Period ONLY covers cartridges/Valves pertaining to leakage and/or drippage during normal use. Damaged Valves, also, need to be presented. Excluding ANY glass Bathroom Faucet.

Proof of leakage and/or drippage is required; a short video clip of the leakage/drippage will be required by the buyer. this video clip will be reviewed and approved for warranty qualification. (Customers may have to wait for valves to be ordered depending on availability or model).

All business customers (purchasers for industrial, commercial and business use) are LIMITED to a Warranty Period of ONLY 1 year from the original date of purchase. (For cartridges/Valves replacement only)


This Warranty does NOT cover installation charges or any damages due to product malfunction, defect, abuse, misuse, installation error(s), or product cleaning (ex. material for polishing or alcohol...etc) performed by any individual (customer(s), contractors, service company individuals).


3 Years Limited Warranty on Glass Bathroom Faucets

Interior Blue's Limited Warranty covers our customers' Faucet purchases for 3 Years as long as proof of sale (invoice) is presented. This Warranty Period ONLY covers cartridges/Valves pertaining to leakage and/or drippage during normal use. Damaged Valves, also, need to be presented.

Proof of leakage and/or drippage is required; a short video clip of the leakage/drippage will be required by the buyer. this video clip will be reviewed and approved for warranty qualification. (Customers may have to wait for valves to be ordered depending on availability or model).

Interior Blue's extensive Warranty, on shower Panels and sets, is limited to a 3 years and covers manufacturing defected parts: Valves and body Jets only, from the original date of purchase. (proof of sale (invoice) and defected panel part are required)

Proof of leakage and/or drippage is required; a short video clip of the leakage/drippage will be required by the buyer. this video clip will be reviewed and approved for warranty qualification. 1 Years Limited Warranty on Bathroom Sinks (Glass and Ceramic)

Interior Blue's extensive Warranty is limited to 1 years, on all Bathroom Sinks, to be free of any manufacturing defect, from the original date of purchase. (proof of sale (invoice) and defected Sink are required)

Damaged/defected Sink photos will still need to be reviewed and approved for warranty qualification.


This Warranty does NOT cover installation charges or any damages due to product malfunction, defect, abuse, misuse, installation error(s), or product cleaning (ex. material for polishing or alcohol...etc) performed by any individual (customer(s), contractors, service company individuals).


1 Years Limited Warranty on Tubs, Toilets, and Bidets

Interior Blue's extensive Warranty is limited to 1 years, on all Tubs and Toilets to be free of any manufacturing defect, from the original date of purchase. (proof of sale (invoice) and defected Tub/Toilet/Bidet are required)

Damaged/defected Tub/Toilet photos will still need to be reviewed and approved for warranty qualification.


This Warranty does NOT cover installation charges or any damages due to product malfunction, defect, abuse, misuse, installation error(s), or product cleaning (ex. material for polishing or alcohol...etc) performed by any individual (customer(s), contractors, service company individuals).


1 Year Limited Warranty on accessories: Shower Handles, Pop-up Drains, Mounting Rings, Soap Dispensers, Linear Drains, Faucet Spray Heads, Faucet Cover Plates, Shower Heads, Mosaic Tile

Interior Blue's extensive Warranty is limited to 1 year to be free of any manufacturing defect, from the original date of purchase. (proof of sale (invoice) and defected accessories are required)

Damaged/defected accessories will still need to be reviewed and approved for warranty qualification. Customers may have to wait for accessories to be ordered depending on availability or model.


This Warranty does NOT cover installation charges or any damages due to product malfunction, defect, abuse, misuse, installation error(s), or product cleaning (ex. material for polishing or alcohol...etc) performed by any individual (customer(s), contractors, service company individuals).


FOR ALL Interior Blue Products

Interior Blue Inc. is NOT responsible for ANY damage (including bodily harm) caused by internal floods or leaks (in homes, businesses, or basements) or any other water damage (including plumbing, fixtures, Water supply Failure, Water Temperature, floods, and so forth). This applies to any product purchased from Interior Blue.


Interior Blue Warranty is Non-transferable.


This Warranty is for Interior Blue in-house products only. For all other brands, please visit associated Brand Warranty Site





Limited Liability

Interior Blue Inc. does not manufacture any products and is Not Liable for ANY damages due to product malfunction, defect and/or installation error. Therefore, Interior Blue Inc will Not be liable for ANY damage (including bodily harm) caused by internal floods or leaks (in homes, businesses, or basements) or any other water damage (including plumbing, fixtures, Water supply Failure, Water Temperature, floods, and so forth). Interior blue ONLY covers and replaces products and/or product parts as per warranty details.



Returns

All Hot Deal, Discounted, and Clearance items are Final Sale; Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable/Non-refundable. This does Not affect product warranty.


Regular sale items can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of purchased date. Returned Items Must be in Brand New condition (absolutely No damages/scratches) and never been installed. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and processed as store credit. Invoice Must be present.
